Brown-Daub Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

We purchased a Jeep from them 27 November, through Anita Dotta, our friend and car purveyor of Chrysler cars for twenty-five plus years who sold us on Brown-Daub. The staff was awesome to deal with and I have to mention names, Max helped with the paperwork, Anthony informed me of info on the phone, and a special thanks to Steve who closed the deal in a smooth and endearing way and Barbara who made herself as helpful as could be. We drove 2 12 hours to purchase the car. Thank you to all involved in making this pleasant!

My wife and I bought a brand new 2009 Dodge Challenger and 2009 the salesman Ricky Lake told us he would give us a free service contract if we bought the car so we did so we’re up in age and I thought this would be a good idea we were told just bring the car in and they’ll always take care of it so we faithfully did twice a year which we have all the receipts in 2014 The service manager, Jared Worman did the powertrain inspection it was free why not it was on the computer so he did it but in 2019 they hired Sal Bawab and he failed to do the powertrain inspection now Chrysler customer care says we no longer have a warranty and I want sell and Steve sales manager to write a letter to customer care and send all our paperwork along and they won’t do it or help us get it reinstated as a matter fact Sal Bawab The service manager says to me what Real rude what do you want me to do about it after he’s the one that left it go and failed to do the inspection in 2019 I just want Steve the sales manager and Sal Bawab to sit down with me and send a letter into Chrysler customer care, saying it was their fault for not doing the powertrain inspection after all, I’m the customer I could see if I bought it at another dealership but I bought it at their dealership and this is the way we’ve been treated now they won’t get back to us and they won’t help us out with this situation PS my wife and I got the receipt out and found out they wound up charging us for the service contract which they were supposed to give it to us for free. I would think twice about buying a car there. You don’t need the headaches or the aggravation from a dealership like that That can’t be trusted

I can not say enough great things about Brown Daub Jeep on Bath Pike. I’ve been affiliated with them for 15 years and have leased multiple Jeeps through them. They are like family. . . in particular Steve the GM, Steve in Finance and Frank in Service. As most people would agree, buying/leasing a car can be a daunting and stressful process. This dealership has continued to make the process as stress free as possible. And, once all of the paperwork is done, you are not forgotten. The same level of care continues. Over the years I have leased/purchased many vehicles at various dealers in the area and beyond. Brown Daub Jeep in Bath is clearly at the head of the pack for being friendly, fair, helpful, and trustworthy. . . and it’s sincere! I rarely take the time to write reviews so the mere fact that I’m doing this should speak volumes in and of itself. Give them a chance and you’ll be won over too!

This dealership is amazing customer service. Service department Kenny goes above and beyond. I called 2 dealerships in the area first who where not nice. Couldn’t be bothered. My truck broke down in Pa and we live in TN. The part was under warranty. Kenny found the part got the truck back on the road. It was bad enough to be broken down but out of state made it worse. Especially with the previous dealerships I called. Kenny made a horrible situation better! Highly recommend them!
